Sunnyside is a private beach house on a 3.5 acre corner of Staniel Cay boasting three separate beaches. While private, Sunnyside is within walking distance of the village, airstrip and shopping. Watch the world go by all day, then enjoy incredible sunsets from the large screened-in porch.

Up close or from a distance, Sunnyside is tucked into the large homesite for ultimate privacy.

Sunnyside's three beaches each have their own personality. The center beach, "honeymoon beach," is a favorite hideaway.

Sunnyside is a classic beach house, somewhat rustic, but with all the conveniences, including air conditioning in the bedrooms. The open design is great for families or small groups.

Paths lead to the various beaches, with the entrance to the property totally hidden to others.

Most walkways are concrete, lined with native stone walls. The outdoor bathroom is perfect for beachgoers.

The gazebo with beach furniture is the favorite hangout at Sunnyside.

The harbor has a mooring ball for guests with a small boat.

 

The floor plan emphasizes the large porch and living/dining area.

This is why it's called Sunnyside...all day long to incredible sunsets...watch for the "green flash."
